We’re very pleased to report that FMS has achieved accreditation to ISO 45001, certifying our operations for Occupational Health & Safety, and covering workplace risks for all our staff at FMS premises and our customers’ sites.

As we operate in the healthcare, life sciences and defence sectors, committing to and implementing a robust and comprehensive health and safety management system is essential. Gaining accreditation to this international standard for health and safety management systems demonstrates that commitment. Our customers can be confident that we will operate to the highest safety standards when working on their sites.

ISO 45001 requires us to schedule audits by a UKAS-certified external certification body – a process that includes monitoring our engineers on site.

We have secured the award of our ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 accreditations through the French standardisation association, AFNOR, which is recognised by UKAS. It reflects the global nature of the industry sectors across which we now operate.
