Description
Compatible with TSI’s accurate ventilation probes that measure air velocity/temperature/RH, plus an optional industry-standard 4-20mA analog output, this range of Airborne Particle Counters (APCs) provides you with a complete solution for your environmental monitoring and certification needs. AeroTrak®+ Portable APCs are ideal in all industry sectors for cleanroom certification, monitoring and specialised tasks including gas testing and filter scanning. Particle count data can be conveniently viewed on the large colour touchscreen, downloaded using TrakPro™ Lite Secure software or printed directly to the integrated printer.
Engineered for you, the TSI AeroTrak+ A100 Series of airborne particle counters provides the newest features that the contamination-control market needs in a portable particle counter, including Data Integrity (including Annex 1), communication options, and an intuitive GUI to significantly reduce the likelihood of user error and to simplify monitoring for environmental contamination.
A100 Series APCs feature built-in standards for configuration and reports to meet the latest standards driving the market, including ISO 14644-1:2015 cleanrooms and associated controlled environments, ISO 21501-4:2018 calibration standards and EU GMP Annex 1 (2008 & 2022). Operators can generate pass/fail reports via the APC’s onboard printer and the supplied TrakPro™ Lite Secure download software. Multiple particle counter configurations can be conveniently stored and uploaded as needed.
This portable particle counter can be used as a stand-alone instrument or integrated into a facility monitoring system like TSI’s FMS 5. All models in the TSI AeroTrak+ A100 Series comply with all required industry standards.
