At FMS, we can help with all your contamination control, environmental monitoring and particle counter calibration needs with a broad range of expertise and by offering bespoke professional support services in addition to our three levels of Service Care Plans.
UKAS Calibrations
We are an ISO 17025 UKAS accredited calibration laboratory (Laboratory No. 9791) offering on-site and in-house UKAS ISO 17025 temperature calibration services.
Other Calibrations
In addition to our UKAS calibrations, we offer particle counter calibrations on site and in-house (to ISO 21501-4 standards for products from TSI Inc.). In-house calibrations take place in our dedicated assessment and calibration Laboratory at Malvern, alongside the gold standard reference equipment and certified standards. All come with fully compliant calibration certificates.
Our other calibration capabilities include:

Installation & Integration
As well as new installations and sizeable setups, we manage our customers’ systems with continual support that includes:

As well as instrument inspection and restoration to optimum conditions, our highly skilled staff can offer technical support for your product or system.
Compliance to Standards
Systems and instruments can be supplied to support compliance to relevant ISO standards, EU GMP Annex 1, US Federal standard CFR 21 Part 11 and other standards as applicable. All documentation supplied follows appropriate regulatory guidelines, and our engineers are trained to execute each associated test and calibration to ensure the relevant system or instrument qualification.
FMS is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 which underscores our commitment to quality management, and also to ISO 45001, which certifies our operations for Occupational Health & Safety, covering workplace risks at FMS premises and at our customers’ sites.
