TSI’s FMS 6 facility monitoring software is an advanced, reliable and user-friendly software suite that features a truly distributed architecture and is compatible with OPC UA client/server solutions. High availability databases and hot standby system failover functionality assure compliance and peace of mind. Standard inputs include airborne particle counters, active air samplers, temperature/humidity, differential pressures, air velocity and digital inputs.
The FMS 6 software supports standard inputs such as airborne particle counters, temperature/humidity, differential pressures, air velocity, and digital signals. It can also accommodate other instrumentation equipped with a linear analogue output. FMS 6 software optimises the performance of TSI’s premium instruments, including these models:
-
-
- AeroTrak™+ 6000 & 7000 Series Remote Particle Counters
- AeroTrak™+ A100 Series Portable Particle Counters
- AeroTrak™ 9001 Cleanroom Condensation Particle Counter
- AeroTrak™ 9306 Handheld Particle Counter
- BioTrak™ Real-Time Viable Particle Counter
- AeroTrak™ Active Air Sampler
-
The software is also designed to operate with a wide range of sensors, using Modbus-based gateways. A new driver is included that manages data from Modbus devices. That sensor data is available in FMS 6 in the same way as other FMS systems data.
FMS 6 helps to boost productivity and usability by delivering the right information to the right people through:
-
-
- Alarm display, notifications (via email, SMS, and phone) and acknowledgements
- Customisable system views, status windows and multi-level maps
- Compliance reporting with powerful user-defined tools, auto reporting and data export features
-
Applications
FMS 6 meets all regulatory guidelines for GMP applications and is built to provide seamless communications with other systems, making it ideal for applications across multiple industries:
-
-
- Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Monitoring
- Semiconductor and Hard Drive Cleanroom Monitoring
- Medical Device manufacture
- Hospital Pharmacies
- Healthcare Facilities
- In-Vitro Fertilisation Facilities
