Even after all the changes you experience in a company after 25 years in business, there are some things that don’t alter. And it’s good to take a moment and look back at those to appreciate the way such dependable consistency has contributed to the success of the enterprise.

In our case, here at FMS, one of the key consistent factors that has made us what we are is our people. Right now, we have several members of staff who’ve been with us for almost two decades, but that’s only part of the story.
We’ve always invested in technical training and been fans of personal development – even before that became a popular initiative for HR teams. Over the years, we’ve watched our people develop unmatched expertise in the highly specialised area of environmental integrity across cleanrooms, clean air and ultra-clean spaces.
That’s helped to make us the most proficient system integrator and the leading provider of trusted contamination control solutions in the country. Those are not just our words; customers have told us that on many occasions.
When we started out in the Year 2000, we made the decision to employ our own field service technical teams. We resolved at that point not to outsource this vital role. Our goal was to give customers absolute confidence in our technical competence, our speed of response and our commitment to the cause. It proved to be a good call.
While we sell airborne particle counters, environmental monitoring systems and UV decontamination products, we are a service business at heart. That’s what differentiates us. And like all service businesses, our customers remain our No.1 priority. Today, we still employ our own full-time, highly skilled and dependable field team. We still don’t outsource it.
