Description

As a linear light for operating theatres, the UV222 Linear seamlessly integrates visible light and continuous air and surface decontamination. It is designed for installation in operating theatres and various settings requiring the dual effect of visible and Far-UVC light at 222 nm, such as patient rooms, restrooms, medical staff rooms, and waiting areas.

In operating theatres, the UV222 Linear offers flexibility, suitable for installation as a stand-alone unit or integrated with a Laminar Air Flow (LAF) system. This integration ensures effective, chemical-free decontamination, serving as a powerful asset in maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards of modern surgical facilities — all without posing any risk to patients or medical staff.

UV222 Linear is available as both a 60° and 100° version, and every lamp is measured after production and sent with its unique specifications report. The spatial and spectral distribution of the light is measured on each lamp using a 2-axis goniometer, giving the entire 3D distribution of the Far UV-C light emitted by it.

 

True and flicker-free colours

The UV222 Linear combines decontamination and strong lighting, providing clear, true colours with a 90 CRI and 4,000 K. Its flicker-free design and colour variation help reduce fatigue and boost productivity for surgeons and nurses.
